I'm James Taylor :) I'm a local politician in Oxford, representing Headington Hill & Northway on Oxford City Council. I like grand strategy games, Doctor Who, elections, and travelling. I'm originally from London (born in Greenwich, but we moved to Bromley when I was young), and now I live in the north-east of Oxford.

KingSepron was the name of the Minecraft account my dad made for me when I was 8 (in 2011) when he bought the game for me, Sepron is the name of one of the beasts from Beast Quest, a kids book series my dad read to me when I was young. The name Sepron has become such a big part of my identity than I now use it on pretty much every social media platform, given how common my real name is (James Taylor) I often associate more with Sepron. If someone yells "Sepron" at me in a crowded room, they're much more likely to get a response from me than if they yell "James".

Politically I have a massive range of interests, but I'm definitely more of a progressive and someone who wants to tackle deprivation and poverty. I'm also someone who gets annoyed when discussions about "Oxford" end up only being about the city centre (or maybe also the wealthier areas), I both live in and represent estates, and our estates are just as much Oxford as the rest of the city. I'm an active member of Labour for Trans Rights, and I'm someone very concerned about, and supportive of, democracy and civil liberties.

I got this website as a place to expresss myself, and publicly host the many projects I do but tend to keep private.
