My favourite place to visit? Norway is very unique, especially the rural bits, incredibly beautiful, but Crete's history and culture is incredible, and I love how the island just feels to travel around, so probably there. In Canada we also visited a hyper-rural area called Calabogie, way out of tourist season, loved it.

Least favourite place to visit? I haven't been many places I didn't like in some way, but, really thinking about it, DC was strange in a more negative way, very spaced out city, felt like a museum to itself.

Where would I like to go? Definitely further afield, I've never been to Africa, or Asia (except Turkey). Closer to home, I'd definitely like to do more of the mediterranean, more of the Greek islands, places like Montenegro and Albania.

Why is England purple? Because I live there!

Where have you been the most? When I was young my parents went to France a lot for the cheap wine, and I've been to Spain quite a bit in my life, especially the south. If it's just holidays, the place I've been most is Mar Menor, a resort village in south-east Spain, because some family friends owned a holiday home there (and also Spain is a nice place to visit generally).
